In the given rates following services are included:<\/p>\n
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 – accommodation \u00a0(Children are counted as adults, so please include them in the number of persons. If\u00a0you have really small children, please specify them in the query and we will\u00a0send an offer that is approved by apartment owner).<\/p>\n
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 – cleaning (before and after as well as once a week if stay is longer than 7 days. Daily cleaning is extra charged according to our list-additional services)<\/p>\n
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 – all utilities: specifically gas, electric, local telephone calls, internet and basic cable.<\/p>\n

In the given rate additional services, VAT and City Stay tax are NOT included. City Stay tax is charged per person per day as follows:<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 – Children 7-15 years approximately 0.7 \u20ac<\/p>\n

When do I pay and to whom?<\/p>\n

Full amount is to be paid to the person who hands over the keys and signs the contract with you.<\/p>\n

Payment is made in Serbian currency ONLY, based on middle exchange rate set by\u00a0National Bank<\/a>\u00a0of Serbia. Many exchange offices are near by each apartment so exchanging your currency shouldn\u2019t be a problem.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n Can I pay with a credit card or a cheque?<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n
