The apartment is rented per day and must be left vacant by noon, unless the contract states otherwise.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

Stay in the apartment\/accommodation unit after 12:00 will be charged our daily rate.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

Please carry your valuables with you, as\u00a0StanNaDan does not cover insurance and will not be held responsible for any stolen belongings.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

No pets are allowed in the apartments if it is not stated otherwise. Additional fee could apply.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

Guests are obligated to handle equipment with care. Any damage must be covered in full for the amount that replacement cost.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

Guests are not allowed to make loud noise or disturb their neighbours in any way, especially between 2pm and 5pm, as well as between 10pm and 9am.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

Visitors are allowed as long as they follow house rules. Parties are NOT ALLOWED in most of the apartments. Please confirm with owner of the specific properties that are advertised for big gatherings and parties.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

In case of noncompliance with these rules,\u00a0StanNaDan reserves the right to break the terms of the use of the apartment\/accommodation and to declare guests as \u201dunwanted\u201c.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

Stan Na Dan and its associates\/owners\/agents may ask for an ID card or passport to be photographed when entering the apartment\/accommodation unit.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

From the phone in the apartment you can make unlimited local calls and receive any incoming calls. However, calls outside of Belgrade area are blocked as well as all the numbers that starts with 0.<\/p>\n
