How to reach the apartment?<\/p>\n

With your booking confirmation a detailed map will be send to you by E-mail from the direction that you are coming from.<\/p>\n

Can I enter the apartment at any time?<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

Since check-out time is before noon check-in time is after 2 pm.\u00a0If the apartment was vacated earlier or was not occupied the previous day then we will be flexible and get you in at the earliest time possible. We advise you to contact us prior your arrival if you are arriving earlier and we will do our\u00a0 best to accommodate your request.<\/p>\n

Who will give me the keys?<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

Most of the time at the apartment address owner will be waiting for you. He will show you around, provide keys, sign the contract, and will also receive full payment from you.<\/p>\n

What happens if I arrive after 8pm?<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

At StanNaDan you are welcome at any time day or night. Check-in is possible 24\/7, however check-in between 8pm – 8am will be charged according to our price list (check additional services<\/strong><\/a>). Please note that not entire offer is applicable to late arrival charges, make enquiry on booking.<\/p>\n

What do I do with the keys at departure time?<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

Keys are to be handed over to the same person who checked you in. After checking the condition of the apartment, any additional charges (mini bar usage, laundry, etc) will then be charged.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Is it possible that someone else can pick up the keys instead of me?<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

Yes, it is possible to give the keys to someone else. That person is obligated to sign the contact and pay in full on your behalf as well. On your arrival your personal information and copy of your passport is needed.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
