You can receive visitors at any time. However, since we are renting apartments per person overnight stays are ONLY for the guests stated in our contract.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u00a0<\/p>\n
Will there be anything in the fridge when I arrive?<\/p>\n
\u00a0<\/p>\n
Fridges in most of our apartments have a mini bar. However should you have any particular requests make them known to us prior your arrival and we will do our best to meet them (check additional cervices).<\/p>\n
\u00a0<\/p>\n
How often are towels and bed linen changed?<\/p>\n
\u00a0<\/p>\n
Towels will be changed every 5 days. Linen will be changed every 7 days of your stay.<\/p>\n
\u00a0<\/p>\n
I\u2019ve lost the key!<\/p>\n
\u00a0<\/p>\n
If you lose your key you will be responsible for the total replacement cost of a new lock and keys. We do not take key deposits and as our guest\u2019s safety is our number one priority with a lost key everything has to be replaced to ensure that.<\/p>\n
Is there an internet connection?<\/p>\n

Every apartment has ADSL, wireless or cable internet.<\/p>\n
\u00a0<\/p>\n
Is there a telephone in the apartment?<\/p>\n
\u00a0<\/p>\n
All of our apartments have a landline connection and handset.\u00a0 Only local calls are provided, however you can receive calls from anywhere. If you insist on outgoing calls outside of Belgrade area please contact us.<\/p>\n

First impression not good?<\/strong><\/p>\n While we strive to meet your expectations and faithfully display all the apartments happens that sometimes guest is not satisfied with what he found for some reason. All the defects\u00a0is necessary to document with images so that we can confront and penalize owner. In terms of hygiene in the apartments we are\u00a0rigorous and if the apartment is not what we presented, please contact us immediately no\u00a0later than 24 hours after check in.
